LYVE thrives on teamwork

LYVE is a UK based organization, with multi-disciplined staff. We are also multi-lingual with a range of cultural backgrounds and regularly work with clients and external organizations across the globe. Our lead team have considerable experience and professional knowledge. CEO

A qualified barrister with over 30 years’ experience in international commerce, Lynda brings an impressive range of skills to resolving complex situations. She is an excellent negotiator and has achieved enviable outcomes in areas as diverse as international brokerage payments to neighbourhood boundary disputes and debt settlement.
Astute and empathetic, Lynda seeks to take the stress out of dispute resolution for her clients. While she has legal training, she aims to help clients resolve disputes without the need for lengthy, costly litigation.

Commercial Director

Antoine is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the financial and energy markets. He joined GFG Alliance's SIMEC Energy division, in 2015 and was CEO of Marple Power Limited, GFG owned energy supplier to the UK industrial sector until July 2021, when he took a broader remit for SIMEC Energy overseeing energy management and renewable energy initiatives across the Group. Prior to joining GFG Antoine was a Founder Partner of Carbon Finance Partners which supported and accelerated the growth of solid proven enterprises as well as next-generation digital companies. Antoine spent 13 years at ICAP plc in various managerial roles and was the CEO of CMA, a boutique software and data outfit owned by the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) which he sold to S&P in 2012.

Iren has a wealth of project management experience across various industries, demonstrating her versatility and adaptability in diverse settings.
Iren has leveraged her project management expertise to coordinate and oversee complex real estate projects and successfully managed projects aimed at promoting and enhancing the physical and mental health of individuals and communities.
Iren has worked on large-scale projects in collaboration with the United Nations (UN), Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), and Governments worldwide. This experience has exposed her to a diverse range of global challenges, allowing her to navigate complex socio-political landscapes and cultural environments.

Zee possesses both legal qualifications and specialised expertise as a business consultant. With over a decade of experience in the corporate and commercial sectors, he has effectively handled intricate business disputes. Zee has provided guidance and representation to more than 200 clients across a wide spectrum of legal and commercial conflicts. Renowned for his exceptional negotiation and mediation skills, he demonstrates a remarkable ability to proactively resolve business disputes, often preventing them from escalating. Zee holds a Bar-at-Law degree, specialising in International Commercial Law and Mediation. Additionally, he has earned an MSc in Law, Business, and Management, along with a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualification in business strategy, international trade, finance, and investment.

Rebecca is an experienced doctoral Legal Researcher with an in-depth knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and research methodologies. Versatile in delving into diverse civil legal issues with a particular interest in medical law, disability discrimination and safeguarding concerns, Rebecca is proficient in utilising legal research tools to identify optimal solutions. Rebecca is skilled at crafting concise and persuasive legal memos, briefs, and arguments and has recently submitted evidence to the UK Parliament reflective of this skillset. She provides accurate research findings to support the underpinning legal strategies encountered at LYVE, directing her practice in accordance with client needs.
